Does I Love Cashback sell any products?
No, I Love Cashback does not sell products, but we do list products from thousands of different shops.

Cashback Questions:

What is the process of cashback?
When you click onto a shop or product through I Love Cashback and then make a purchase, your transaction will be tracked by the shop and then we will be automatically informed by them. The transaction will then be shown in your account as pending.
When the shop is happy with your order, they will approve the transaction and it will show in your account as confirmed. This process can take anywhere from 1 week to 12 weeks.

How do I get paid?
You can withdraw to your bank account, PayPal account or you have the option to give the cashback earned to charity. You can do this via the Claim Payments page when you have reached the minimum withdrawal limit of £10.

How long does it take to receive money from cashback? Is my cashback immediately credited?
It normally takes anywhere from 1 week to 12 weeks for a transaction to become approved.

Why was my cashback declined? Is cashback guaranteed?
There is no 100% guarantee that the shop will approve the transaction, but if the goods haven't been returned and there are no issues with the order, there is no reason why it would be declined. If you have any problems and would like to know why your cashback has been declined you can contact us either via email or you can speak to us via our Live Help service.

My cashback has been awarded at a slightly lower rate than expected, why is this?
There are a number of reasons why this could be. Some shops will not give cash back for postage and packaging or VAT. Please feel free to contact us either via email or you can speak to us via our Live Help service.

I forgot to login before buying something. Can I still have my cashback?
Unfortunately, if you have made a purchase without going through I Love Cashback, we cannot then add this transaction to your account. However, you can install our add-on for Internet Explorer which will remind you to visit I Love Cashback before you purchase.

What are voucher codes?
Voucher codes allow you to receive a discount on a product or a total purchase, so that you can save money.

How do I use voucher codes?
Search for a particular product/shop and we'll gather any voucher codes that we have and display them on the product/shop page. Then, all you have to do is take note of the voucher code and click through to their site to buy! As you are making your purchase there will at some point be a request to input a voucher code if you have one. Do not confirm your order until you have inputted the code otherwise you will not receive your discount.

The voucher code I used is not being accepted, what can I do?
This is most likely to be because the voucher code has expired. We ensure all codes shown on I Love Cashback are working, however if we do make a mistake and there is one that is not working you can report this to us either by email or by using our Live Help service.

How long do voucher codes last for?
All voucher codes list an expiry date.

Can I use voucher codes and get cashback?
Yes, with I Love Cashback you can do both.
With voucher codes, the discount is added immediately. However, with cashback you have to wait for the shop to approve it.

Can these voucher codes be used in the local high street shops?
No, voucher codes cannot be used in store. But some shops may allow you to use a voucher code on their reserve and collect system.

Price comparison allows you to find products that are being sold and compare them at many different online shops to find the best price.

How do you compare, buy and save?
Simply search for a particular product and we'll aim to find the best price on the internet.
